By using Discovery Canvas AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Discovery Canvas AI is an AI-assisted product discovery tool. AI outputs are generated by third-party large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for validating any output before making product, business, financial, or legal decisions.

You sign in via Google. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Don't use the service to generate unlawful content, infringe others' rights, reverse-engineer our systems, attempt prompt-injection attacks, or send abusive volumes of traffic. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the ideas, notes, and uploads you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the service and to send it to our LLM provider to generate responses for you. We don't use Your Content to train models.

AI outputs are best-effort suggestions, not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
